Finding the right property to buy is always stressful and time-consuming, particularly if you have added requirements like sustainability.

We act as your agent and will endeavour to find you the house or apartment that best matches your requirements. We do the legwork, save your time, reduce your stress.

Your level of involvement in the search is as little or as much as you wish. The cost represents excellent value at 1% of the property’s final agreed price.

We will:

• Establish your precise requirements
• Shortlist properties and report back to you
• View properties and report back to you
• Provide floor plans and photographs where required (this may be at extra cost)
• Accompany you on viewings where required
• Negotiate with estate agents or landlords to achieve the best deal for you
• Monitor your purchase through to moving in
• Use our experience and local knowledge, advise you throughout
• When required we will organise any other services, e.g. removals (this may be at extra cost)

We all need a good and healthy environment to live and to see the next generation of humanity come to pass. At the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, Agenda 21 was the most prevalent item of discussion and it has since resulted in the signing of quite a number of international treaties and conventions all aimed at promoting sustainable development. Sustainable development is a topic that has remained controversial for as long as it has been in existence and it has led to the signing of some of the most controversial treaties at the international stage to promote development that enables the current generation to meet their needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.
